A Hungarian company messaged her on Instagram, saying they had developed a system to get more followers and asked if they could test it on her for free.
She thought, sure, why not more followers in LA might be fun, right? Little did she know, this “stupid opportunity” would change everything.
The system sent automated messages on her behalf, like little robot DMs. At first, she was furious and wanted it to stop, but so many messages had already gone out... embarrassing.. Most people ignored them, assuming it was a robot or a virus… but one person didn’t.

 

A few weeks later, Réka was in LA, excited to see the city and already imagining how amazing it would be to take some iconic photos with the Hollywood sign. Then she got a message from a photographer on Instagram asking if she wanted to do a shoot. What??!! His profile was full of breathtaking nature photos but not a single photo of himself. In her head, she imagined it had to be an older photographer, someone 50–60, because… let’s be honest, who else takes all those nature photos? Haha.

 

She showed up late at the Lake Hollywood Park, nervous and excited, and then a very young man started to walk towards her with a camera around his neck.

Reka was thinking .."what? is this the photographer.. so young haha" Andy was thinking..." OMG she is even prettier in real life no waay.. i am going to take photos of her today"...haha cheesy so cheesy we know but all this is the real truth.

 

What was supposed to be just a photoshoot turned into the most magical day. They hiked all the way up to the Hollywood sign, talking nonstop. Réka was fascinated that he was Mexican and spoke Spanish, she had been obsessed with Spanish for years, even went to a bilingual high school in Spanish.. yes in Hungary?! where nobody speaks Spanish..then she asked a million silly and obviously very inappropriate questions about "Sicarios".. and OMG Mexico? how is the "cartel" all the things she has been watching in her Hollywood movies ... And somehow… he loved every single one of them.

 

After the shoot, she did something completely out of character: she even asked him if he wanted to grab a bite. He took her to a tiny taco place, and she had her very first authentic taco. Simple. Perfect. Unforgettable.

 

And yes, we have pictures and videos from the very day we met, which makes it even more precious.From that moment, everything felt easy, natural, and magical.

 

They felt like they had known each other forever, comfortable, safe, and completely themselves.And here’s the craziest part of all… how did Andy even find Réka and decide to message her? Andy had received that automated Instagram message and fully thought it was a robot. But something made him click her profile. He saw she was real. He saw she had just arrived in LA, posting stories and photos, full of joy and excitement. He watched all her stories a million times " Im here at the Actors Studiooo" And he felt it he just knew he had to meet her. So he messaged her.

 

Even though Réka tried to resist (“I don’t need a relationship, I just moved to LA!”), even though she told herself to keep it casual, she couldn’t. She fell in love. Hard.

 

And now… here we are, planning a lifetime together. Sometimes the universe works in the most ridiculous, unexpected ways but somehow, it always knows exactly what it’s doing. ✨💛
